ADI and CURVER reach a distribution agreement

This new acquisition for the ADI brand portfolio strengthen its leadership in the market

ARC Distribución Ibérica has signed an agreement with CURVER, a brand of recognized prestige that has become in recent years a market leader in the production and marketing of consumer plastic products for the Home and Food Service industry.
The signature of this agreement took place on February 10th during the Ambiente Fair, in Frankfurt, where both companies were represented by their respective CEOs Juan Vidal ( Arc Distribucion Ibérica), and Mª Jesús Esteve (Curver for Spain, Portugal and Italy).
The aim of the agreement is to increase the market share of the brand in the spanish and portuguese markets in which ADI has a wide capillarity in the Retail and Food Service segments, being the partner with the biggest potential.

With this agreement, ADI consolidates as a distributor of leading brands in the Iberian market, while expanding its portfolio to offer a new assortment of competitive products with high technical and design features to more than 7,000 direct customers.
Arc Distribución Ibérica, subsidiary of the French group Arc International, is one of the most important importers and wholesalers of the Iberian tableware market with an experience of more than 75 years, formerly with the denomination Vajilla Enériz and since 2003 integrated into the Arc group.
With Curver, ADI enlarge a wide range of own brands such as Quid, Luminarc, Arcoroc, Chef & Sommelier as well as those of our partners: Pyrex, Queen's by Churchill, Bidasoa, Ariane, Amefa, La Bouché by La Cartuja de Sevilla or Aquaoptima.
